Billing and Payments at LANTECH

Payment

Your commitment to LANTECH begins with the commencement of a lease with us. For the convenience of our property owners and tenants, LANTECH handles the billing and payments process of rent instalments and will remunerate the property owner with the full amount – minus the commission rate (standard rate 2%).

Updating Payment Method

Managing your payment details is effortless with LANTECH. For tenants and property owners, we will continue to withdraw direct debits and then onward pay the net amount respectively – until we are told otherwise. If your banking details change it's essential to update your details by logging into your account and managing Payment Details. If you encounter any issues or need assistance please reach out to our friendly LANTECH support team and they’ll assist you.

Late Payments and Recovery Action

At LANTECH, we strive to maintain a smooth payment process. We will assume the correctness of your Payment Method and continue billing subscription fees and associated charges accordingly.

In the event that any direct debits are unable to be processed (for reasons such as expired card or insufficient balance), we will be in contact with both the property owner and tenant to discuss. If we are unable to resolve outstanding payments, we reserve the right to pursue the tenant for the outstanding amount via the methods permitted to us, reflective of the laws for each corresponding Australian state and Territory.

Subscription Fee Variations

We understand that flexibility is key. While we reserve the right to adjust commission fees from time to time, these changes will only apply to subsequent billing periods.

LANTECH is committed to transparency. In the event of a fee variation, we will provide you with reasonable notice before the new rates come into effect.
